電纜外護層受到機械損傷 、燒損或有機溶劑浸蝕破損的局部修補；熱縮電纜中間接頭護套端頭的防水密封處理；帶電體對地面距離不足或相間的距離不足的復合絕緣處理；過地曲線或者其他帶電體的防異物搭接、防人身傷亡事故，防小動物短路故障的絕緣防護處理；帶電裸導線的過樹防護及過隧道防水柱短路處理，帶電體防凝露、防污閃、防腐蝕處理。
